Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ACHI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dormot Technologies Ltd.

If you are using ACHI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You agree to use ACHI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to compromise, reverse engineer or circumvent the security of the platform
• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content
• Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other users
• Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract data without permission

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential
• Logging out of shared or public devices
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account
• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date

ACHI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

ACHI includes AI-powered features designed to assist users with building workflows, generating documents and answering operational questions.

We continuously work to improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI features. However, AI systems can make errors and outputs should always be treated as a starting point rather than a final authority.

All software, branding, trademarks, interfaces and intellectual property relating to ACHI remain the exclusive property of Dormot Technologies Ltd.

Users retain full ownership of the documents, templates and content they upload or create within the platform. By uploading content, you grant ACHI a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of delivering the platform's functionality.

Paid subscriptions to ACHI are billed on the cycle selected at sign-up (monthly or annual).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy where applicable
• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACHI and Dormot Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
